= Creating and Using Database Connections =

To open the database window select //Databases// from the [[Help-SQL-FileMenu|File]] menu.

In the database window you can create, edit, and delete database connections. To use a configured connection click the //Connect// button.

For each connection you must choose the appropriate [[Help-SQL-Provider|Databse Provider]]. The database configuration dialog is specific to the selected DBMS and database provider.

You may organize your database connections in folders.
